Service Description
Open Vinyasa is an invigorating and dynamic practice. Sometimes fast and sometimes slow, these classes are designed to build strength and flexibility in the whole body. During Vinyasa practice we move with the breath, bring heat to the body and raising the heart rate. Asana (poses) are often held for several round of breath to build strength and flexibility in the muscles. This practice will leave you feeling stronger, leaner and more relaxed. Open to all. this 6 week course runs over 8 weeks (2 weeks are unavailable) staring on Thursday 9th January to Thursday 27th February 2025. Please note there is no class on January 23rd and February 13th.
