Jennyoga was set up in Rugby in 2019 in order to support a sense of mindfulness and peace in the surrounding community. Yoga brings many benefits to the body and mind.

HATHA YOGA
Hatha yoga is a perfect introduction to yoga. Learn breath awareness and traditional asana, with this deeply relaxing class. We focus on correct alignment in the poses using props and modifications to ensure you move into and out of each pose safely. This practice will help to build strength and flexibility in the body and will leave you feel calm and relaxed. My Hatha yoga class is perfect for beginners and those wishing to relax. All fitness levels welcome.
YOGA FLOW
This class focuses on linking your breath and movement, flowing from one asana to the next. This dynamic practice builds heat in the body helping to create strength and flexibility in the body. Meditation and relaxation bring a deep sense of calmness and peace of mind. This class is recommended for those with some previous yoga of basic fitness experience. Beginners welcome.
VINYASA YOGA
My Vinyasa class focuses on building strength and flexibility in the body and mind. Build heat in the body with this moderately paced class as you transition from one asana to the next. Each Asana is held longer and there is more emphasis on balance to build strength and focus in both body and mind. This class is suitable for those with previous yoga or fitness experience and is not recommended for beginners.
INTRODUCTORY HATHA YOGA CLASS

This Yoga Class in Stretton-on-Dunsmore near Rugby is a gentle class that will introduce you safely through Yoga’s most iconic poses. The class is delivered at a gentle pace, allowing you to build up your knowledge of asana and your fitness level in a safe and friendly environment.
My Yoga classes are carefully structured to build strength and flexibility in the body and bring a sense of calm and relaxation to the mind. Props, modifications and progressions are used where needed so that everybody can get the most from the session
