By booking a class, private session or event with Jennyoga you are entering into a contract which has the following conditions:

Jennyoga is not liable for any costs incurred due to cancellation or changes caused by unforeseen events (weather, loss of venue or facilities, acts of God, or any other event beyond our control).

 

It is expected that adequate insurance is taken out by the client to cover them for any losses they may incur. If Jennyoga chooses to cancel an event then any monies paid will be returned.

Clients are responsible to ensure that they disclose any medical conditions or injuries, (including mental health conditions) to Jennyoga.

Jennyoga takes no responsibility for any injuries sustained by participation in yoga and related activities.

Introductory Yoga Classes are offered at a reduced rate and can only be booked one time by each student.

Classes booked online are non-transferable and refunds are not available for non-attendance.

Block booked classes: By booking a block of classes you are receiving a discounted price for a confirmed place in that class. If you are unable to make any of the block there is no facility to extend, come to another class, or receive a refund.
