VINYASA YOGA

Build heat and strength in the body with this moderately paced yoga class. Vinyasa yoga connects breath and movement, moving into and out of asana (poses) in time with the breath. My vinyasa course is designed to create strength in the body and calmness in the mind. I will guide you safely through the asana, offering modifications and progressions where required. This class is suitable for those with previous yoga or fitness experience and is not recommended for beginners. Perfect for those who want to feel like they have had a workout!
