CHILDREN'S YOGA

Today children are spending more and more time on screens. Yoga is a great tool to help them to reconnect with themselves. My children’s yoga classes are based around play, incorporating yoga asana into mini adventures and games building strength and flexibility. Mindfulness and breathing techniques help the children to slow down and gain focus, leading to better concentration. Affirmations and songs are used to build kindness and acceptance of themselves and each other.

I currently work in a Local School as a Teaching Assistant Level 3 and am DBS checked.
