HATHA YOGA

During this gentle class, I will guide you safely through Yoga’s most iconic poses. All classes are carefully structured to build strength and flexibility in the body and bring a sense of calm and relaxation to the mind. Props, modifications and progressions are used where needed so that everybody can get the most from the session.

Each yoga class starts with meditation practice and breathing techniques and end with relaxation. During this gentle paced class, I will show you how to do each pose and connect with your breath. This class is delivered in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and is suitable for beginners. If you have no prior knowledge of yoga, then this is the class I would recommend.
